本经验适用于以下两种情况：

1、系统自动自检【dòng zì jiǎn】完毕，刚进入【gāng jìn rù】进入【jìn rù】windows读条状🚙态【tài】🗃，即弹出下图内容，时间不足一秒📜，然后又【rán hòu yòu】💅进入【jìn rù】重启、自检状态【tài】🗃，如此反【rú cǐ fǎn】复🏆（WindowsXP较常见🍕）；

2、系统启动中，出现蓝🌘屏【píng】（WIN7较常见【jiào cháng jiàn】🛌）

步骤/方法

启动系【qǐ dòng xì】统📁，进行【jìn háng】BIOS，在BIOS的System相关选项里【xiàng lǐ】，将AHCI改为🕎ATA或其它🚭选项即【xuǎn xiàng jí】可👻，保存设【bǎo cún shè】🚠置，重新启动计算【dòng jì suàn】机🎓。
