6步解决TCP半开连接数限制问题

1. 起头菜单 - 运行
2. 输入regedit
3. 找到如下键值：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE＼SYSTEM＼CurrentControl＼SetServices＼TcpipParameters
4. 在右侧面板中【miàn bǎn zhōng】找到🌛EnableConnectionRateLimiting
5. 删除此💈键值或【jiàn zhí huò】😔者双击键值，设置值为【wéi】0
6. 重启系统
